Important Warranty Information
All Vehicles come with a 3 Month Limited Manufacturer's Warranty provided by the manufacturer. Optional extended warranties are available in the configurations option above at additional cost..
The manufacturer covers any manufactured part defect for the first 30 days as long as the cause of failure was not due to damage or wear and tear while riding. The manufacturer will cover motor parts for 3 months from the date of purchase - or, if you purchased an extended warranty - whatever the terms are within it will apply. The warranty only covers motor internal parts. All failed parts must be sent in for replacement as required by the manufacturer. The manufacturer does NOT cover wear and tear parts OR LABOR. It is up to the customer to diagnose any issues or to work with our techs to diagnose the problem. Failure is rare, however limiting our liability only to replacing the failed defective parts is how we keep our prices in reach for most people. Once we have identified the issue, the failed part must be shipped to us and we will ship you the new part and handle the defective part exchange with the manufacturer. This ensures quick turn around time for parts exchange and is required by the manufacturer.
If you wish to communicate with a technician - you must have first visited our maintenance and troubleshooting section. To file a claim you MUST go to the bottom menu on this website and click on Warranty Support - then click on "File a Claim" within the warranty support page.
For ANY unit you choose to assemble yourself, a PDI - Pre-Delivery Inspection and FULL initial maintenance MUST be done by a licensed mechanic. This is required for ALL units and dealerships in the USA. By saving the cost of the assembly charge you accept the responsibility to do this. This is a REQUIRED step in the assembly process. By not doing this step you will be VOIDING your warranty..
Shipping & Assembly Information
A Brief Note About Product Assembly
Our vehicles will arrive in a "mostly assembled" state. Since each product will be shipped in a container, some disassembly is required in order for the vehicle to fit into its container. Upon receipt of the product, some light assembly / installation will be required prior to use. Most assembly usually requires the installation of wheels, handle bars, safety items, battery, etc. It also may require some adjustment (ride height, cable tension, etc). Due to the fact that improper installation may result in injury or death, it is a requirement to have this service performed by a qualified mechanic.

We do our very best to give you an accurate representation of shipping and processing times. Order processing is 2-5 business days. Because we use a third party LTL transportation company to deliver vehicles, transit time may take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on distance from the distribution point. During holiday seasons, transit time may be an additional 3-5 business days. Orders may not be canceled or refused due to extended transit schedules, for the best results, if you have a known date (i.e. birthday, holiday, etc) PLEASE order plenty of time ahead. We are not responsible for missed dates nor can we guarantee a specific delivery date until we get a tracking # from the freight company.
